Strong corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments
Fiberglass material is non-conductive and rust resistant, with strong resistance to corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt spray, humidity, and organic solvents. It solves the pain points of steel bridge frames being prone to corrosion and rust in chemical workshops, coastal salt spray areas, underground mines, sewage treatment plants, and other scenarios.
No additional anti-corrosion treatment such as galvanizing or painting is required, and the long-term maintenance cost is extremely low. The service life can reach 2-3 times that of steel cable trays.
Lightweight design, easy and effortless installation
The density of fiberglass bridge is only about 1/4 of steel, and its weight is much lighter than that of steel bridge under the same specifications.
During installation, there is no need for large lifting equipment, and manual handling and splicing can be carried out, which not only reduces installation difficulty and construction costs, but also reduces the load-bearing capacity of the building structure, especially suitable for scenarios such as high altitude and suspended ceilings that are inconvenient for large-scale operations.
